Terms of Service

Effective May 24, 2026. By using DryLies you accept these terms. The app is operated by Noctara Corp, a Delaware C corporation, doing business as DryLies.

The service

DryLies provides crowdsourced turf-condition reports and weather-driven forecasts about golf courses. The information is best-effort and informational only. Course conditions change quickly. Always confirm with the course before traveling.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to use the app.

Your reports

You grant DryLies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the turf, cart-rule, and busyness answers you submit alongside the relevant course. You retain ownership of your underlying data and can delete your account to remove it.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false reports, harass other users, scrape the app at scale, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

DryLies+ ($4.99/month) is the golfer subscription. When you subscribe on the web it is billed by Stripe; manage or cancel anytime at drylies.com/me or through the billing portal link on every receipt. When you subscribe in the iOS app it is billed by Apple through the App Store; manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings. Pro Shop ($99/month) is sold to golf course operators on drylies.com/course through Stripe and is governed by a separate course-operator agreement.

The app is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. DryLies and Noctara Corp are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts.
